Glossary

Personal item / small bag
The bag included in every fare, which must fit under the seat in front of you.
Overhead locker
The bin above the seats, where the trolley goes when your fare allows it.
Gate fee
The amount charged at boarding when your bag breaks the rules of your fare.
Sizer
The metal frame at the gate: if the bag does not fit without forcing, it is oversized.
